These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Hoop Sprout website at hoop-sprout.com and your registration to receive our coaching information, updates, and marketing offers. By using our site or submitting the registration form, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or register.

1.Eligibility

Our registration is for parents and guardians who are 18 years of age or older. By registering, you represent that you are at least 18 and that the information you provide is your own. Our marketing registration is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. See our Privacy Policy for details.

2.Registration & marketing consent

When you complete the registration form and check the consent box, you agree that Hoop Sprout and its marketing partners may contact you at the email address and phone number you provided — including by marketing emails, calls, and text messages sent using automated technology and/or prerecorded messages — about relevant products and services.

Consent is not a condition of any purchase. We use a double opt-in process: after you register, we will email you a verification link, and you must confirm it before any marketing messages are sent. How your information is collected, used, and shared with marketing partners is described in our Privacy Policy.

3.Messaging terms & opt-out

  • Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP to any text message to opt out of texts, or HELP for help.
  • Unsubscribe from emails using the link in any marketing email.
  • To stop all marketing contact, email privacy@hoop-sprout.com.

Opting out will not affect your ability to use the site. We are not responsible for charges from your mobile carrier or service provider.

4.Accurate information

You agree to provide true, current, and complete information when you register, and to keep it reasonably up to date. You may not register using someone else's contact information without their permission, or submit a minor's information.

5.Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, including by: attempting to gain unauthorized access; interfering with or disrupting the site; submitting false, misleading, or unlawful information; scraping or harvesting data; or using the site to violate any applicable law or the rights of others.

6.Intellectual property

The Hoop Sprout name, logo, site design, text, graphics, and other content are owned by Hoop Sprout or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission, except as allowed by these Terms or applicable law.

7.Partner offers & third-party services

Offers you receive may come from or relate to Hoop Sprout's marketing partners. Those partners are independent third parties, and their products, services, websites, and privacy practices are their own. Hoop Sprout does not control and is not responsible for partner offerings, and any dealings you have with a partner are solely between you and that partner. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience and do not imply our endorsement.

8.Disclaimers

The site and our communications are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

9.Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hoop Sprout and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the site, your registration, or any partner offers, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

10.Changes to these Terms & contact

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
